Terrible customer service terrible faulty product
I sent a message weeks ago about my faulty trampoline customer Service representative asked me how many poles I need and my address so they could have them sent out to me I sent her my address and I told her how many and I didn’t receive a response for a few days, so followed up and was askedagain how many poles and what was my address. I told him again and I still haven’t received a reply.
I also mentioned in the first message I was seeking resolution before Christmas because if I had to get a new trampoline from elsewhere I would have and then I would’ve followed up with you guys for warranty.
