Customer service team wasn't the best

Too expensive

Can not get in contact with Play Wilder

very disappointed in customer service. It's been two weeks since I received my order without any bolts to put it together. I've tried to contact the company with no luck. Filled out the parts requests form - no response. Went to contact on website - failure notice on email that is there. I'm not sure anyone responds to email and in the meantime - my grandson can use this item because I can't put it together.
