I ordered the product paid
I ordered the product paid for expedited shipping then received generic emails about the process that they were not in line with expedited shipping. When I reached out to the company they said they weren’t able to do expedited shipping and refunded me the money. I explained I needed the product within a specific time and then they just stopped communicating with me Altogether until 10 days later when I said I was going to go to the attorney general and file a complaint . Note they also created a shipping label for UPS but never actually dropped it off during those 10 days all that to say all I was left with recourse was having my credit card company reverse the charge.
