The contact was minimal although quick. Perhaps I asked for too much, but I was hoping for some help.I didn't get any.

I got a email to verify my account & was wondering if there was other ways to do so,but when I called no one picked up and got a call back 2 days after. I know it must be because of the time difference however. I would say I didn't really get to experience customer service at all but the email notifications were fine enough for the process,I did finally get the verification & code,wish it was more instant but I understand not too many ppl from where I live order JP stuff.
