i legit asked a question about lack of stock. they wanted me to be specific, i did and i still haven't received an answer about my question. i even sent my answer again today... why am i being asked to review when im left unsatisfied

No responses when I contacted them for my 150$ order. I waited days and sent multiple emails and didn’t receive a word. Just randomly got the codes around a week later.
