The product itself is great. But I was really shocked to receive it wrapped in plastic and packaged in plastic. I use reusable nappies to be more environmentally friendly .. and I am trying to reduce plastic usage. It feels counter productive!

Very quick delivery time! Postage was VERY EXPENSIVE! Reusable night nappies were pretty but very bulky (not like the photo) and my little one woke up as soon as she had wet in it to need it changing. Quite disappointed considering the cost. Car window blind on the other hand is great!

I wanted an different one :(

Items absolutely fantastic and the website a very well price and arrive very quickly as being using this site for a while now it's very happy with BUT However getting hold of them is another story I made an error and needed to contact them and was unable to by phone so I left an email right away but my order by the time we actually read the email was of courses shipped, I got an apology email but it's not like I was offered a discount code for next time or something because I wasn't able to get a hold of them and it's a shame, I also was missing some items not loads but enough that I was annoyed after the hassle of trying to get hold of them last time I attached a message to my order forming them that the last time I ordered I had missing items and stated what the items were, however again this was not dealt with properly and seemed like it was ignord. So I've been left slightly out of pocket to the tune of about £12. But I still give the shop 2 stars NOT 1 because because their prices are fantastic and even have an option for next working day delivery. But they really need to sort out their customer service, it's not that the customer service is rude it's just that it doesn't seem to exist which as I say is unfortunate otherwise this review would have just had the praises and no issues And I'm having to put my experience on a review for the item simply because it doesn't seem to have been dealt with anywhere else
