O waited almost 2 months for my order

We order it in december, i know busy month, but we received it in february

i waited 1 month when it said 3-5 days to deliver to me

Item was fine. However rating is due to shipping problems. Earthlets tried to resolve but kept getting it wrong

It said it would be delivered within 5 days, it has been almost 3 weeks and no sign of the package
