We had ordered another jeep for my grand daughter for Xmas. When we went to put it together, we found several cracks and broken pieces of the frame. The company said the bumpers would cover the cranks. Totally unacceptable response. Fortunately after talking to Amazon customer service they refunded us. Desperate on the Wednesday before Xmas, we found your website. We called and the gentleman was so help and made sure that they could get it sent out that day and we received it Friday. Saved our Xmas. So appreciative.

Absolutely amazing! My 7 year old son loves it and all of his friends parents are asking me where we got this. The customer service provided by the company is the most amazing customer service I have ever encountered. They are responsive, friendly, and timely. I cannot compliment the customer service enough.

During the install I thought they shipped the wrong side motor since it fit a bit different. I emailed them In a panic the night before Xmas eve with my concern. I figured since it was the holidays I wouldn’t hear back from them right away and my grandson would have to wait for his new maverick. I got an email first thing next morning from them with an answer and solution and everything put together nicely and runs great. Thank you for your great customer service even during the busy holidays.
