Big Toys Direct

My grandkids have been having a ball with this car. It handles our rough driveway and uneven terrain very well. There were some issues with FedEx on the shipping but Big Toys Direct was very responsive to my concerns and inquiries. The car arrived with a broken battery compartment cover but within a few minutes of calling customer service, there was a replacement cover on the way and a tracking number by email. I am very impressed with the quality of the toy and the excellent customer service.

This is a five star company. I have always been able to reach someone on the phone and they have always answered my questions to my satisfaction in a very professional manner. Currently the vehicle is completely assembled and waiting on Christmas day to present to my great granddaughter as her gift.
