Big Toys Direct

I ordered a week before Christmas not originally as a planned gift but it came literally from across country 3 days later. Amazing! It was easy to put together and my child loves it.

I’ve purchased from Magic Cars, Ryder and Big Toys Direct. Magic Cars ride on was junk and didn’t last a year. Ryder was HORRIBLE arrived broken, no exchange policy and didn’t refund our entire payment. They say they’re unable to refund a $99 dollar sales tax. Big Toys Direct was absolutely WONDERFUL. Do your research, Ryder has no phone number to contact customer service but Big Toys Direct has amazing customer service and even went above and beyond to assist with getting the FedEx delay corrected so I could have this in time for Christmas. Big Toys Direct ride in’s are excellent in quality, especially compared to the others. Big Toys Direct will now be my go to for all battery operated ride on toys.

This was a gift to my grand son and he absolutely loved it! The wheels and seat upgrade were diffidently a nice touch with great looking quality of material that hopefully he can use a long while as I selected the 24 volt to last for longer fun. . The little radio is a plus and I will have to figure out how to add in a horn. . . it was the first think he looked for, go figure. The remote control is a great asset for us older grand parents until he can maneuver the truck by him self. I would recommend anyone looking for a ride on toy shop these guys first and research the voltage, you will not be disappointed.

This was maybe the best XMas gift I have ever purchased. It arrived quickly and i received very professional and helpful advice from the owner regarding my purchase. Can’t believe all 3 grandchildren fit in it at the same time and dad remotely controls the Corvette!!

Car is amazing! My kids are having so much fun with that drive so well and the delivery and service was top-tier. Will continue to order from this company. It’s my second purchase with no regrets!
