Got exactly what I paid for, shipping was fast and came on time.

My kid loves it. We had a hiccup, which was actually our fault and customer service took care of it right away.

We're very happy with this ride-on Lamborghini! This is a very high-quality product, and the grandkids absolutely love it. Customer service was amazing as well. There was some shipping damage that they took care of it immediately. I'm very satisfied with Big Toys direct. One thing I might recommend though is to set out a delivery table for FedEx. This particular model is too heavy for one person.

Had a issues on the unit when unboxing, called and sent pictures of the issue. Person sent me a replacement at no charge. My son loves his new ride and I'm very pleased with the service. I'll definitely buy another in the future

My grandkids have been having a ball with this car. It handles our rough driveway and uneven terrain very well. There were some issues with FedEx on the shipping but Big Toys Direct was very responsive to my concerns and inquiries. The car arrived with a broken battery compartment cover but within a few minutes of calling customer service, there was a replacement cover on the way and a tracking number by email. I am very impressed with the quality of the toy and the excellent customer service.
