The car arrived with a defect on the left door. The technical support team were very responsive with phone calls and emails with solutions. A solution was found and the car works great. The initial product may not have been perfect, but the follow up and attention from customer support was excellent to solve the issue and make it right. Ten out of ten!

Absolutely obsessed with this car and the service this company provides. The car itself was shipped in two boxes completely secure. Building it is time consuming, but I promise you I’ve spent almost as much time building a play tent for my daughter that she didn’t enjoy nearly as much. The car itself is super sturdy and the remote responds well even at a far distance. I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

The car arrived quickly and the kids loved it on Christmas day. The kids can't operate opening and closing the roll cage bars or the 3 point harness seat belts so that does take an adult. The car only has 1 speed for when the kid is driving but the remote has 3 settings. I like to use the slow speed when parking it in the garage. Customer support was great when we had a failed motor. The new one came with something different with the wires so I'm assuming it is a better or upgraded one. Car works great now. It's very powerful.

I bought this for my g’baby and he loved it from the second he saw it. Shipping was EXTREMELY fast! Assembly was ok. Instructions could be better. I broke a bolt during assembly using minimal force. It will be a problem if the back tire ever has to come off. Which brings me to my last point…there is going to be a need for back tires… I don’t see them lasting very long.
