I cannot say enough about this business and its product. We ordered a week before Christmas and still received it three days before Christmas. It was easy to assemble, charge and holds a charge for a long time. My daughter loves it! It did not take her long to figure things out and she still hasn’t run the battery dead yet. 5 stars. This business/product deserves everyone one of them.

Unfortunately FedEx messed up the delivery so I had to ship it back, but working with them has been so easy. They’re professional, and easy to work and talk too. I will be back to buy something later

I found this site because we had ordered something for Christmas from Walmart and it was a complete disaster and at the last minute didn’t arrive. So thankful it ended up the way it did! The quality of this go cart is so good. The touch screen is so cool, and my 5 year old can just touch the pedals so I know it will last him many years. His old 12 volt ride on wasn’t enough power for his size and weight any more. This 24v is so much better! The shipping was so fast and it was well packaged with clear instructions. Build time was about 45 minutes. Will definitely buy from Big Toys Direct again!

Researched where to purchase 2 seater 24 volt remote controller toddler vehicle and this companies website appeared. Purchase was spot on. No issues. Timely. Would purchase from them again.
