Big Toys Direct

Has easily become my sons favorite toy, the speakers can get drown out by the sound of drifting. It came with a defective part, customer service was friendly and helped with replacing the part quickly

After reading reviews on top of reviews in the 24 volt ride on category and not finding what we were looking for, I stumbled upon Big Toys Direct and decided to take a chance. So so happy we did! Our 2 year old loves it! We bought it for an early 3rd birthday present. He fits perfect with room to grow! I love that the parent controls let us steer him and that he can still use the pedal for driving around! All the bells and whistles! He likes the music but enjoys having Bluetooth on as well so we can listen to our music. The shipping was fast, however it came in two separate shipments FYI!

Kart was easy to build. Customer Service is quick to respond if needed. Kart is everything the description states and more. Plenty of speed for my 8yr old.

Great experience. I order from the other side of the country and it arrived within days. Great price and better product to what’s out there at box stores. I highly recommend this company.

My sons car looks exactly like the picture we received 1 rim that was broken but everything else looked great.! Also customer service got back to me super fast and sent in a replacement free of charge! Thank you so much he’s going to love this gift!!
