Great customer service!! we had a part that came in broken and they right away responded and sent the part. Everything else was perfect and our grandson loves the vehicle . We would definitely buy again from them !

The car is everything I was looking for, and the service was outstanding. Very well done, highly recommend.

Got this email requesting a review so here goes…I did so much research before buying this buggy after purchasing one from a different company for over a thousand dollars that was falsely advertised and never got my money back. I was mentally exhausted from searching daily for hours desperately trying to find my six year old grand daughter the perfect buggy after her Christmas present was a fail. I saw this buggy and decided to call and ask questions. A gentleman at Big Toys Direct answered right away and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient - despite me calling back several times with more questions and reassurance. We received the buggy super quick and I AM 100% SATISFIED! It is exactly as advertised and my grand daughter absolutely loves it. Thank you Big Toys Direct!
