So far the experience has been rewarding . . I'm no longer stressed after work in some ways!

The product is fantastic and customer service was good. What could have been better is the custom build menu and the manual. Picked "tan skin tone" thinking it would match the display pic got pics of finished product and it was white girl white (would be afraid to choose white and end up with ghostly white). Customer service confirmed the skin tone to be "Dark Tanned Skin" then out of curiosity went back to see if that was even an option and after multiple attempts to build it custom I can't confirm nor deny if that was even an option. Upon arrival found a tear in the foot (not super worried about) but the manual for the other options weren't there on how to utilize them. Then finally the adapter for the power supply doesn't work. Got a cord that should work off amazon for $8 hopefully it work.

I am happy with the doll, but it got delayed over 2 weeks from expected and with little info. Additionally, i am not sure if the breasts are with gel
