After 2 months or waiting for JLD to make things right for shipping me a ready made doll not at all to my order and paying $1,655. Im still stuck with a doll they shipped from some warehouse to try and make me accept it. They never made the doll I custom ordered and never sent me pictures as they promise to do before shipping. After a nightmare of this and never even taking the doll out of the box, I asked for a refund even though I have to lose 20%. But they just delay and this has been a very bad experience. The pictures show the wrong style and color wigs. Doll body has oversize vagina and IM sure it did not have the suction vagina. Body colors not even painted as ordered. I have told them many times to have this doll sent back to them but they delay and do nothing but promise to look into it. If I am to get a refund, they don't have to contact the factory but make the refund and take this wrong doll back. I ask for supervisor and get ignored. I will never buy again from JLD. None of their promises to make doll to my specs was done. And to process my refund and return their unused doll back to them. had not been done either. There is no excuse for do nothing and let time pass. Can get any worse buying from JLD.

I bought and paid for a doll from JLD and never received it. They broke every promise to make my doll to my options and also did'nt send me fotos as are suppose to for my approval. Instead or making the doll to me specs they sent me some doll from in stock with wrong body, totally wrong wigs style and color. I have repeatedly tried to get them to send back this doll that I never took out of the box and after more then 6 weeks they just reply "the factory will determine what to do. There is no excuse to send just any doll not made to my order and refusing to have this one sent back to them. With 12 options like Vagina suction, body color and other options there is no way this doll received could even be justified to be what I ordered and paid for. This is the 2nd doll I buy and the first transaction went smooth and I got what I ordered. But this 2nd doll it 100% not what I ordered, and paid for and they just sent me this garbage that I refuse to accept. It has caused my blood pressure to go up and anxiety. I would never buy another doll from JLD. The box also came with holes. Foto shows doll still in box never taken out ready to be send back, if they ever. Wigs were suppose to be long straight blond hair and got curly with bangs. Suppose to be 2 dark and 2 long straight dirty blond and sent different. Also body shown and oversize vagina of wrong body model. But I never got the doll I bought, they never made one to my specs and they never sent fotos for my approval as are suppose to. 100% a disaster of a purchase.
