Customer service was good. Timely response to my inquiries. Product arrived undamaged and as shown.

Better packaging for such a heavy item would be better. it was delivered partially opened, but nothing appeared to have been tampered with inside.

So far the experience has been rewarding . . I'm no longer stressed after work in some ways!

Still awaiting delivery of my order as no one has any updated status of my fully paid for order! Please update me if you can get any more current information. Thank you!
