Let customers know if the hair in the photo is Implanted so they are not blindsided with extra fees or having to pick different hair.

Customer service was good. Timely response to my inquiries. Product arrived undamaged and as shown.

Better packaging for such a heavy item would be better. it was delivered partially opened, but nothing appeared to have been tampered with inside.

So far the experience has been rewarding . . I'm no longer stressed after work in some ways!
