Very good.

Took a while to ship and arrive but that is understandable as it is a custom made doll which require work and precision to make.

Customer service was good. Timely response to my inquiries. Product arrived undamaged and as shown.

Better packaging for such a heavy item would be better. it was delivered partially opened, but nothing appeared to have been tampered with inside.

So far the experience has been rewarding . . I'm no longer stressed after work in some ways!
