The new website is really nice except there is not a way to communicate with a technical specialist by phone as there was with the previous site. Some products still need to provide more information to be helpful when considering purchase. Also, some of my emails using the new Contact Form have not been answered and the answers received on others did not provide clear technical help. I think there should be a contact for Customer Service separate from technical or sales support.

Website is somewhat harder to use or find something than the old one but it just may be me and it being new.

I think the new website is okay but you left off the "building" category under "airplanes." I couldn't find wood, covering, glue etc. without doing a search. Also items such as wheels, retracts and other accessories were not readily apparent. I guess I will get used to it but I'm kind off an old fashioned guy who likes pull down menus.

I would like to see the new releases option put back.

The new website is nice. Easy to get around in, however, finding batteries and some other stuff is buried too deep in the model menus.
