Good company

Website is very nice, have to check it out more, was used to old one but now I'll have to get used to new one, lol. Seems more organized, let you know when I use it more, Brian Miller.

So far I am not impressed with the site it is hard to follow and none of the questions I have submitted have been answered. I don't know if its my problem or yours. I have made two orders and the process has not been acceptable. Prices were good but the order and delivery response has been lacking. I have a I have a DX6i that has a very poor back light and I have not been able to get a fix answer.

Easier to find things always good service and usually have what I am looking for although like everyone else with Covid 19 things take longer

It was very hard to get through using the phone I'm not computer smart so I like to use the phone but I did get through after two days of trying about 45 minutes each time the person I talk to was very helpful I know it will improve to the old ways once this virus has passed thank you and take care be safe
