I do not like new format!!

I prefer the prior layout

Received Apprentice and discovered tiny screws required for assembly next to impossible to use! Head of screws did not support driver tip. Disgusted. Model repacked and now stored on a shelf in the shop. Cheap. This is not my first model. A balsa model with added components would have been a better fit for me.

No chat on the site, no phone number, backorders never update to show the item shipped. I fill out customer support form and Never get a response. There is nothing better with the new site, only worse! You can no longer zoom in on images like before. The customer service is the worst, can never get in contact now that chat function is gone. I preordered planes only for my local hobby shop to get it before I do. My new Habu STS came with a bad Clevis on the rudder pushrod. Going to cost me a week and $15 to replace something defective because I can not get any costumer support!!!
