Redo the website

For me, the new website is more difficult to use. It is harder to locate the items I want to purchase. One example, battery chargers. Only 4 items are displayed, none of which suit my needs. I feel the old website needed improvements. The new webite is worse.

Please go back to the other website format. It was easier to get more information and it was more intuitive.

Bad

Bad. Were is the past history for orders? Where is the history/view for RC Club Points? When I placed an order, the personal information was old, incorrect. Cannot find information for older and/or discontinued planes/parts. Where is new releases category? A lot of information is missing, too much to list. I could go on, but you get the point. In this day and age, releasing a new website this bad is inexcusable.

Challenging website to navigate

The website has got worse. No detail or specs on many of the products. Adding to this now I have lost my purchase history when the new website got rolled out. Its a challenging website to buy anything

i don't like that you

i don't like that you removed the find it locally feature. My orders don't go in unless i ask for assistance. Getting in touch with a person is very disheartening. I hope HORIZON HOBBIES is not failing and you get things pulled together. Also would like tech. support to be back working on the weekend's .
