The Horizon site is much harder to shop in since they upgraded the site. Also I would like to say, everything I had in my wish list before you updated to new site is gone. To be honest I did not like that.

I like the website‘s look and feel. As a UX designer I have to say the main navigation is broken. So many times I try to open „airplanes“ and I have to start all over again just because I moved my mouse outside the hot area. Otherwise really like the website.

My review is mixed. I have been a huge fan of Horizon since I started flying a year ago and spent A LOT of money on your products. As such I expect a courtesy of an email before you deleted my Wish List. I've been doing a lot of research on servos for my first ARF build and had everything saved in my Wish List. A day later you release the new web site and deleted all my hard work. I had to spend another hour trying to figure out what servos I had picked and then had to rebuild my Wish List. I simple email would have saved me A LOT of frustration as I could have printed the list. While the new web site has a great look I find some of the basic navigation very frustrating. I absolutely hate that you have to move you mouse straight down from the main menu to the pop up menu and then slide sideways to the model type. You should have lined up Airplanes directly under Shop. It makes no sense that the left side pop up menu doesn't line up with Shop on the main menu. If you move your mouse on an angle from Shop down to Airplanes on the pop up menu, the pop up menu disappears. Once you get past this headache I like the new format and the specific product pages.

Overall look is fine. Links broke in customer service area, lost my wishlists. Cart empties if My session times out. Wishlist goes away if I order the item.

It is not bad, seems to have a few better ways to search and check for new stuff. But several items are still not working or un clear how to use or get to them, Account page still not working, award points is off in never never land. Several other pages are slow to load and then leave out half the info. As an IT professional this was not ready for prime time.
