The look is nice, however the functionality is inconsistent and does not allow for ease of movement and purchase or viewing of additional products. The product launch was also very rocky and that is a window of opportunity. I have found myself avoiding it. I am sorry to say. I am a loyal customer and will of course always purchase from you.

Bad website Too many products back ordered

Honestly, I don’t like it. Sometimes it takes a while to get used to a new format, but it isn’t happening. Style wise, a large image that overwhelms the site is nowhere near as nice as your multi- picture display on the former site. It also makes looking up information via the links more of a chore. I am now less inclined to visit the site for basic product information because it is not as useful as before owning to the new format.

Website showed item in stock but it was not.

I feel that I'm shopping at Hobby King, not very user friendly. But your web site has always been some what difficult to find certain items, that's way I used to shop at Tower Hobbies, they were very user friendly.
