I really wanted to give a great review for my order. I love the lion with the emotion stuffies attached. The customer service was also very responsive. However, since I have ordered the two posters in April I have yet to receive them. They have been supposedly shipped three separate times and I have never received them. I was really looking forward to receiving them but I am thinking at this point I would just like a refund. The products look great and I wish the issue with shipping didn't come up.

I got the ready to hang toolkit. The boards came in and have bows in most of them. I went to every print shop in town and they are not laminate-able. A few of the corners are separated and I feel that this style will not be long lasting at all. I wish I had just gotten prints of all of them that I could have laminated. Also the downloads are not printable which is not ideal for me. I prefer physical paper that I can flip through when reading to e-book style information. The content is great. I feel that this approach to emotional awareness and emotional well-being will be very effective. I want to build on the initial purchase, but I’m frustrated with the style of toolkit I decided on. Even if the boards weren’t bowed and there weren’t curling edges, I would still want an ability to laminate for durability.

I’d love to say this product is amazing… I bought it as a replacement for one I have loved that got destroyed in my classroom. Unfortunately, when the poster arrived it was literally stuffed into a box far to small for the poster. Incredibly disappointing.

I didn’t feel that the product was shipped properly nor that they cared about how the product is shipped in the package. Looks like someone just tossed it in the package.

No response from the company when my product never even shipped almost a month ago.
