Terrible customer service. Ordered over 5 weeks ago and not received yet. Sent query and received no response.

My order came on a day that it rained and got soaking wet. All the cardboard inside is warped and the edges are damaged. Not all shipping services put items in bags when it is raining they should have better wrapped items. Customer service said they would replace them / send me new ones but never did. My kids are not getting as much out of this program as we thought they would. I am not sure if this is a good fit for our family. I am just looking at it as a waste of money at this point.

Completely false advertisement of shipping. Advertised as 2-3 day shipping, I was told it was by Julie, customer service rep, ‘ The shipping fee description states “2-3 days shipping”. That is what we guarantee that we will ship your order within 2-3 days.” Not that the customer is actually paying to receive their order in 2-3 days. The shipping policy states it will ship within 1-3 days of the ordering being placed, so why would one pay an additional $13 For 2-3 shipping for a shipment they are already guaranteed to be shipped out within that timeframe?? I didn’t even receive my shipment for 7 DAYS! FALE ADVERTISEMENT and an absolute SCAM.
