I got in contact with customer support before buying a product to make sure it owuld have the properties it advertised as I wasn't sure, and they responded quickly to my mail, being extremely helpful. After the order, they sent me a confirmation email, another email when it was sent out, and another email when it went pass customs, very transparent and helpful, and it arrived in time nicely and perfectly packaged. Extremely satisfied.
