Ordered Aiko with ebony skin color, support was very helpful answering questions. Really like the email updates about progress. Shipping was quite fast and product packagaging was superb. Details on the torso is awesome and the ultrasoft silicone feels great, couldn't be happier with the doll.

The product and the customer service are both excellent. The quality of the material is much higher than I expected. Very easy to use, store, and clean compared to TPE, and there is no smell or residue at all! Honestly, I'm not sure how LoveNestle is able to offer such a detailed, realistic, and high quality product for such a good price. Must be because they only do torsos. I will be ordering from them again soon :)
