Both the customer service and the product itself (Savannah) are great it was delivered on perfect conditions, the doll itself is heavy but once you get the hand of it it's fine, the material is great very soft and pretty easy to wash, and with a bit of cornstash it's as soft as new everytime ! Overall very satisfied !

Mini olivia. . . . i love calling her my mini. . So the shipping wait wasnt bad it came in flawless I been so happy with the size she heavy for a one hand hold.
