I ordered and paid for

I ordered and paid for the suit on 4/17, but as of 5/2, I have not received the suit or a refund. I can't receive a replacement because it is now out of stock, and I can't file a claim with UPS because I'm not the shipper.). The shipping label was created, but the suit was never attached to it, and now no one in Zone3 or UPS knows where it is. I was asked to wait 15 days before a claim was filed by Zone3, which ironically is the day I am asked to leave a review. And as of today, 5/2, UPS does not show possession of the package. Kelsie with customer service has been helpful but as a middleman, she can't do anything. While the 3rd party warehouse is SAYING they shipped the order, I've yet to receive any documentation from them in an effort to track it down on my end. And the Zone3 higher-ups are in no rush to issue a refund because I guess it's not their problem...I don't know. So as of now, I'm out a couple of hundred dollars with no resolution in sight. FYI..I reached out to Xterra and asked some "what if" questions regarding their handling of this situation. They admitted to tracking issues (Zone 3 said this is unusual but I've heard from other customers that it's not), but also told me if the suit was not delivered within 7 days, they would file the claim for me, hassle-free, and begin the refund process. Luckily my suit arrived from them as promised. So in summary, online buyer beware.

No response from the company

No response from the company about the swim shorts not being properly made. The waist has doesn't stretch, so it's impossible to pull the shorts on over your thighs and hips.

Swim parka wasn't as described

I purchased a swim parka that was described as "fleece lined." The body was fleeced lined and the ends of the sleeves were, but the middle of the sleeves were not. That seems a random thing to do, unless for cost savings. It should have been called out in the description of the parka. I would have kept it if the sleeves were fully lined. So, I returned it. During the return process I was not able to explain in writing why I was returning the parka. Only photos were allowed to show "why." It was as if the company didn't really want to hear the "why." Ironic that now this form is asking via writing. Anyhow, my return had to be approved and then I had to pay about $20 to return a product that was not even described properly. I'm bitter about that and will never purchase an item from this site again.
