Return process is not easy.

I ordered a tri racing top. The product is great, but I had to return because of the wrong size. The return process is fuzzy….. first sent an email to get approved. One day later the return was approved and I am to follow the ‘instructions below’, except besides a tracking number to enter there were no instructions….. so, I am hoping that my return will arrive safely and will be honored.

I am 5 foot seven and weigh 159 pounds so I ordered a medium which fit my parameters. It was way too small. Couldn’t even zip it up. and returns are kind of a hassle. You can’t even call anyone because there’s no phone number. And even though I purchased “my proper size“ which doesn’t fit, I’m on the hook for the return cost. I wear a medium in a Zoot and it fits just fine.

I will revise when I haver the completed order and return

Took a long time to arrive. The strings in the swim suit were too short to be useful.
