Zone3 US

Just OK shipping time. Actually it took quite a while to get the socks. I have a zone 3 thermal suit, swim socks, and swim bouy. The bouy did not last but 10 open water swims before it developed a leak. Best product of these is the thermal suit.

The Vision Max goggles do not seal. No matter how snug they would still allow water to enter.

Goggles a good option for open-water work (not sure if salt water compromised their structure after two seasons - jury's out, but no accommodation from "Customer Support", despite my purchase of at least four pairs in addition to three or more heat-tech swim caps. Will miss doing commerce with this outfit.

I purchased the top of the line aero tri suit and was very excited. Unfortunately it was damaged when I received it. The fabric was pulled and a hole in the sleeve. That is OK, things happen. I should have been able to send it back for an exchange. Would have been too easy. Instead I had to pay/purchase for another one, and then they would refund me the cost of the suit once the other was returned. Doing it this way cost me an extra $15 or so for shipping and tax. It isn't going to break me and I should financially recover. But after paying so much for a new suit and then having to pay extra for something that was not my fault stings.
