I’ve tried to return the product and after being initially chased for my response, I’m now being ignored and unable to return it seems!
So far, poor service and very disappointed.

Poor customer experience from start
Poor customer experience from start to finish. 1) UK website advertises 10% off - but only for US. 2) UK website asks you to sign up for offers - but you never receive them 3) UK site gives you a code for £10 off - but it doesn't work 4) If you contact customer services about the above they never respond to you 5) the app is awful [just like the reviews say] - I tried signing up but gave up as it simply doesn't allow you to register 6) returns process is the worst I have experienced. Now nearly a week and still exchanging emails just to find out how to return the product! Please steer clear of this company. Simply not worth the hassle!
