Would give zero if I could. Awful customer experience. Haven’t even received the item as courier is said to have left this expensive parcel in an unsafe location without my permission while I was at work?! Therabody appears to be completely ok with this. Therabody has refused to take any responsibility and has washed their hands of the issue. Essentially this has been £300 down the drain.. horrible customer experience leaving me without a present for my partner for Christmas. Would never recommend or buy again.. be careful!!!

Item hasn’t arrived and it’s been almost a month. Customer service is terrible, they just pretend to talk to the courier with no real resolution action. I bought this for someone as a Christmas gift and there is only one week to go before Christmas Day, not looking likely there will be any solution, I’m out of pocket and no confirmation of when I will receive my order. Massive breach under the Consumer rights act 2015.

Still waiting for my order after two weeks and three phone calls. Terrible service.

Doesn't connect to app-good product but limited as it can't connect to the app and the therabody support is quite the ordeal and still yet to resolve the issue weeks after purchase.
