Wie bereits beschrieben, die Lieferung ging flott, aber die Funktionen für diesen Preis waren einfach zu schwach. Deshalb wurde sie zurückgeschickt. Auf die Rückerstattung des Geldes bzw. auf eine Bestätigung der Rücksendung warte ich nun schon mehr als eine Woche.

Didnt recive the product

I ordered my product in December, still have not received it. Chatted with customer service and they said they’d send me the tracking information and never did. Confirmed they had my correct order # and address and email address and still nothing. About to call my credit card and cancel the order, get your house in order Therabody!

Really bad, you ruined the Christmas, and I has the worst customer service. I want a compensation
