This is the worst service I have ever been given. I will have to pay 70 euros in calls and have stress due to countless emails I was forced to reply while always getting the same answer. Never again will I ever buy any of your products and will instruct my extensive network to do the same

My order never arrived. I reached out to customer service who promised to look into it but never got back to me (more than 2 weeks later, in spite of following up). What a scam.

They sent me a mini instead of a prime. After contacting them immediately they still have sent me the RMA to send the mini back. It has been more than two weeks. I do not recommend.

Schlechter Service Viel zu kompliziert Zu lange Service Zeiten Qualität muss man schon in Frage stellen, wenn das Gerät nach ca. fast einem Jahr eingesendet werden muss.
