Had to replace the old crank jack. Customer service helped me to order a replacement part (on a fairly old product) and sign up as a rewards member to get a discount. There was an issue with the replacement part (handle was misaligned). I sent customer support a quick video of the issue and they immediately sent out a replacement. Works great and appreciated the support for an older product so I didn’t have to replace the whole system.
