Very good grip even when you play under the rain!

Took a little bit of time, but once they understood the issue with what I was ordering they found the right replacement and sent it right away. Perfect fit. They were also receptive to feedback around confusion on their product site that caused me to order incorrect parts twice. Overall what started out as a frustratingly poor experience was resolved and made right with the right listening ear.

Easy to buy!

I purchased The Beast basketball hoop a couple weeks ago. The shipping and delivery went without issue. The installation was laborious but I knew what I was getting into after reading other reviews online. There was only one issue with the assembly where the plastic split around one of the mounting holes to the front guard. I reached out to Spalding and a new part was sent out in the next couple days. So far, the hoop has been great. The kids enjoy using it and the ability to adjust the height works seemlessly.
