Thanks to the EXCELLENT customer service at Spalding we were able to get the exact replacement rim for our basketball setup. The customer service rep asked a couple questions and they had the rim delivered right away. And it was the exact match. The rim was easy to put up. My son and I had it up in about 15 minutes.
