New backboard
Customer service agent was almost "too helpful." Kept insisting on my model / serial number to get the right replacement, but it wasn't available. So I demanded they just send me the part / board (60" glass) and that i would make it work even if I had to alter/ rehab the support arms. In the end, it's was an "exact bolt on replacement. So it worked fantastic for me. Only criticism I have is when the customer states "if its a complete 60" glass board and says "send it to me," send it to him, don't argue!!
