I bought a youth wall through Amazon. It arrived with some push pins missing. I called and spoke with Vanessa. She asked me to simply send a photo to verify what was wrong. As soon as she received the photo, she mailed the parts. She was quick, pleasant, and helpful. The mannequins are great too.

Magnetic hinge tactical board: It’s got lots of positives but it’s not perfect yet. IMO, magnets could be a bit bigger. Preferably, proportionate to the size of the board as bigger sizes are available. I appreciated the few extra, btw! Being able to fold the board is very useful but it’s still inconvenient having to lift up magnets when explaining player movements in the middle of the field. Board also feels sturdy enough to last many seasons which I hope I’m right about.
