The product is amazing; however, when I preordered the ball the eta was a month away. After 6 weeks I had to call to find out that the wrong color balls were sent out and you would not have the color I ordered for 6 months. You upgraded the ball for free which is amazing but because I had to track it down I am only giving it a good score. If I had been informed there was a manufacturing error and it was going to be upgraded for free it would have been a great score.

shipping was a little slow but overall a good experience.

Quality items, great phone customer service.

My first overall experience, ordering from soccer innovations, was pretty positive the products for the most part were good and well priced. The processing time was a bit slow, but I think they had a few items on backorder. I will be ordering again.
