I love my range finder. It has been a great addition to my golf game. I also the love the ease of replacing my battery. All you have to do is email the company and within 2 days the new battery is delivered.. Great customer service!!

Precision Pro is a company a cut above all others. Their customer service is truly outstanding. The NX9 is a great range finder and I could not recommend them more highly.

Excellent follow-up and communication regarding warranty products.

I have to give everyone at Precision Pro kudos for actually following up on resolving some issues with the latest rangefinder that I upgraded to. Had some issues with "spots" appearing on the lenses of the first two units that I received but the latest one appears to be problem free and well worth the upgrade from my first unit. In this day and age of "disposable" products, it's a breath of fresh air when you see a company really stand behind what they sell.

Customer Service was great. A part broke on my rangefinder and it was replaced very timely
