My rangefinder quit. My scores went up. My profanity went up. I messaged the good folks at Help belabored them with my woes. Promptly I was sent a new battery. It worked. Again, I know how far I am supposed to hit it.I still can't and I still swear. Hmmm, I wonder if they have a new battery for an old fart like me? Thanks Precision Pro!!!! you guys are great.

NX9 Pro not working randomly

My NX9 Pro wouldn’t work randomly during rounds. I would shake it and it would work again. It’s an older model and I was worried it had finally died. I spoke to a Precision Pro rep, who diagnosed a bad battery. He arranged for me to receive a new battery. Now, my rangefinder works perfectly. Grateful for the simple fix to a great product.
