Excellent Customer Service

My son was sent out his X-Mas wish list. I thought I’d get this Precision Pro NX10. As it turns I ordered around 3PM Sunday. At 11PM I saw in my email that his Mom already ordered one from you too. I decided to call to try to stop the order. Monday morning, I did not get a live person at 9:30 AM. I left a message. Sometimes these issues can be days in other service industries. I got a prompt reply in less than an hour. I know I could have returned it free of charges. I was trying to cut down on unnecessary shipping and returning fees. I appreciate this fantabulous CS. I’m not a Golfer (Shanker) and would definitely consider Precision Pro if a miracle happens and I fix my swing. Thanx again.

BATTERY COVER

I have had the Nexus Pro for several years and it is by far the best rangefinder I have ever purchased. I recently lost my battery cover and this model is no longer shown on their site. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new battery cover, without any charge and received it within a week. Not only is the lifetime battery replacement a great perk, but their customer service is of the highest. Thanks again. Terry L. Briscoe

They have the best battery replacement program I’ve ever heard of. That alone is reason to buy the product, by the way, the scope is awesome.

Warranty

My son bought me a precision pro slope two years ago as a birthday present. I never registered the product. I pulled it out to use on a golf trip with my son and all I had were dashed lines instead of yardage. Trouble shot without success. Reached out to vendor and they offered some trouble shooting options,also without success. They sent me a new one. Wow, a great company who not only invest in their product but they invest in their customers. I will own no other product!. Buzz Saw

When I realized battery was dead I texted the company and received new one in a couple days.
