Recently, I contacted that company about obtaining another battery cover for my Nexus rangefinder, which is no longer for sale on their site. Within hours, I received a reply advising they would order the part for me. When I enquired about the cost of it and shipping charges, I was advised there would be no cost. To me, that’s impressive customer service because I expected there would be cost to me! If and when I upgrade my rangefinder, I will definitely purchase a new unit from Precision Pro Golf.
