I love my NX7 pro. Unfortunately it stopped working on my almost 3 months past the warranty coverage. I contacted customer service and they graciously sent me a replacement! I love companies who are willing to take care of their customers and who stand by their products. Precision Pro Golf has a customer for life in me!

I had a issue with the the battery door. I sent an email explaining my problem, got an email back saying a new door is in the mail. Can’t get much better service than that. Keep up the good work🏌️‍♀️

Had an issue with my range finder, got a response from my email in less than a day and the issue was promptly taken care of. Couldn't ask for anything more
