Never Received Replacement Pads

I ordered replacement pads for my PowerDot 2.0 Duo back on April 25th (Order #93644) and still to this day have not received them. I contacted PowerDot customer service who advised that the only thing to do was for me to reach out to USPS and file a Missing Package Research Claim. I did that and was waiting on a response from USPS until I was just recently notified that my claim was being closed and that my package was in transit and just running behind schedule. Still cannot track my package and tracking shows it is still in transit somewhere in Carlsbad, CA for the last 3 weeks. Tried contacting PowerDot customer service again and have left them numerous voice messages and not received any response or return call.

Don't purchase if you have other bluetooth devices paired to your phone

The PowerDot does not work well if your phone is paired with other bluetooth devices at the same time that you are using your PowerDot. I.e. you will suffer from connectivity issues on the PowerDot alone (not your other well engineered hardware). Want to use a fitness watch to track your workout while you use PowerDot? Out of luck. How about wireless headphones for your workout? No way! PowerDot doesn't let you do any of these things. I reached out to customer service. Their recommendation was basically that I use *another* device (such as an iPad or old phone) to use solely for the purpose of controlling my powerDot. I.e. they're asking customers to dish out hundreds of dollars on a device that requires you carry along yet another device just to control it. Don't have an old phone or iPad laying around that you feel like bringing with you to your workouts, in addition to your phone that you use to actually stay connected with the world? You're out of luck! PowerDot might work great on some phones/devices. When it does work, it does its job well. But! Don't be surprised if the first week into your workout regime, you find out that your PowerDot has been disconnected and won't reconnect no matter how many troubleshooting steps you go through. Believe me: I've spent a few hours doing the troubleshooting myself already. Not the customer experience you want to have when you're dishing out hundreds of dollars on a supposedly "Prosumer" product.
