One of my dot is defective and it took too many emails to get your CSR to understand that. I was looking to exchange but I got an email to return it and to pay the shipping??? The unit should be replaced since it's defective and it should not be this tough.

Patches aren't sticking more then three uses.

Got sent the wrong invoice (I got an invoice with personal details of another shopper). Also, I accidentally ordered the wrong colour, when asked support if the order could be updated (it still hadn't shipped), got a "no" answer. Support wasn't interested in helping me.

Could barely reach customer support. Took them over 2 days to respond. Had to reach out a third time. Got my package in 3 weeks.

Exactly what you need in a product. The big “HUGE” issue is shipping. It says 5-7 days......It took 7 days to process it. I understand everything is slow but at least make it known it will take longer than expected. If you want it faster go on AMAZON and get them there.
