Shipping / ordering I had no issues with. I ordered around black friday because of deals and it shipped in a reasonable time. I am having issues connecting and disconnecting to the Dots. I have the Duo setup with 2 power dots, and sometimes after I am done using them, and my mom/friend wants to try it and connect only 1 power dot can be found, then I have to disconnect/reconnect and disconnect from bluetooth/forget the devices, then refresh and retry. It works most of the time, but this on-going issue is

Your prices are the highest, yet your shipping very slow Still waiting for my pads I ordered right after I received my unit. I am happy with my Powerdot.duo, I hope getting new pads soon I am now at 25 sessions.

Couldn't get the duo to work until the beta update on the app.

Slow product fulfillment and shipping

Slightly better than a regular Stim Kit you could get on Amazon but it is 5x the price.... It’s wireless, well-made, better quality stim, but not worth what they charge at all
