overall happy with equipment, but customer service definitely needs to be improved.

You can always improve you customer support the return procedure to be more exact! Way to slow and not customer friendly!

overall quick shipment so that was a plus. I do see the error of my ways not testing out the boots at the store.

Love everything about them, build quality is amazing and everything feels snug. Except for the fact that the lever that tightens the the backplate has started to wear down a lot, nearly a 1/8 less material because when you go to pull down the backplate the lever gets placed underneath the board and not on top of it causing it to scrap on the side of my board. Considering returning them because I don’t see that lever lasting longer than half a season. Any chance you could send out a pair of replacement levers or something to stop this problem from happening? Would hate to have to return these awesome bindings.

I bought the Supermatic bindings because I wanted a step in with an easy entry and exit. After watching all the videos showing how easy it was, I bought them. I tried them at home and had a really hard time getting in even though I had the straps a little loose. And the toe strap always ended up on top of my boot , instead of on top. If I had such a hard time at home I would imagine that it would be harder on the slopes. I returned them!
